Bandung Creative City Forum (BCCF) is a hub for creative communities in Bandung, established by 45 people from different backgrounds and creative fields in 2008. The organisation has a legal status as a consortium ("perkumpulan"), focusing on creative potentials to activate economy activities and improve the well-being of communities and society. BCCF moved to Simpul Space #3 since mid-2014, now housing meeting rooms and offices, a small coffee corner Eta Tea, and a children's library Pustakalana. Simpul Space is BCCF gathering place, for meetings, talk shows, exhibitions, and so on.
Since its establishment, Simpul Space #3 has been visited by officials such as President Joko Widodo, former Minister for Tourism & Creative Economy Mari Elka Pangestu, Head of Indonesia Creative Economy Agency Triawan Munaf, West Java Vice Governor Dedy Mizwar, Minister for Sport and Youth Imam Nahrawi, and 33 Indonesian Ambassadors.
