Erland Sibuea is an Indonesian artist based in Bali. He is a member of the ACAA, and SERUNI (Indonesian Christian Arts Association); and the co -founder of the Balinese Christian Arts Association (BCAA), where he serves as secretary.

He is a self taught artist who took up Industrial Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology. He develops his craft and understanding of Balinese art through the guidance of other Balinese artists.

Aside from being an artist he is also an organizer and has arranged a national exhibition for Christian art in the National Gallery of Indonesia in Jakarta in 2006.

He sketches prolifically and and has published books of his drawings. He spontaneously captures the liveliness and of the Balinese people and the details of their landscape.

Erland finds inspiration in the radiance of God's hope for his artworks. He died in Bandung 2016.
